Job summary

WesTrac seeks an experienced SAP Payroll / Finance Functional Analyst to join the Finance Systems team in Australia. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT and vendors to deliver SAP ECC solutions across Payroll and Finance modules.

This hands-on role drives system improvements, supports issue resolution and ensures business requirements translate into effective SAP ECC solutions across integrated modules.

Qualifications

• SAP Change Management and Transport Management experience.
• Experience as SAP Payroll/Finance Functional or Business Analyst.
• Understanding of SAP FI/CO is highly desirable.
• Experience across ERP implementations and support environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute SAP Change Management processes including approvals and Transport Management.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Lead vendor coordination to ensure requirements are delivered to scope.
• Design and manage System & UAT testing cycles.
• Triage system issues, prioritise defects, and drive resolution.
• Provide SAP functional expertise across Payroll and Finance modules.
• Support continuous improvement across integrated SAP processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities in a fast-paced environment.
