Job summary

Infosys is seeking a SAP IBP Implementation Lead to drive requirement gathering, solution design, build and configuration, testing, and go-live support from Brisbane, Australia. You will coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, and partners to deliver scalable IBP solutions with robust data integration.

The role requires 12+ years in IBP, leadership of global teams, and deep expertise across IBP modules and interfaces.

Qualifications

12+ years of SAP IBP experience with 5–6 end-to-end IBP implementations.
Experience across Demand, S&OP, Supply & Response, and MRO on IBP.
Experience leading global template, rollout and transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management, workshops, and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end IBP architecture and integration design for client projects.
Lead the IBP and data integration teams across planning, build, testing, and go-live phases.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and present architectural options.
Mentor offshore teams and ensure delivery is on time with proper documentation.
Ensure robust integration between SAP IBP and non-SAP systems.
