Job summary

DyFlex Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Senior SAP EAM Consultant to lead SAP EAM workstreams across implementations, upgrades and transformations. You will design, configure and document solutions, drive requirements workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Travel may be required within Australia and New Zealand as project delivery and client engagement demands; you will mentor junior consultants and contribute to building the EAM capability across DyFlex.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of SAP EAM functional consulting experience.
• Proven experience delivering SAP EAM projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong configuration and business process knowledge within SAP EAM.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management processes.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with development teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within New Zealand and Australia as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP EAM workstreams across implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and transformation projects.
• Facilitate workshops to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Design and configure SAP EAM solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Assist with cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
• Provide expert guidance on maintenance management, asset performance, work management, notifications, and master data.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of DyFlex's EAM capability.
