Job summary

AAR Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead to drive hands-on Salesforce design, development and delivery across multiple projects. You will work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, including Apex, LWC, flows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Apex and Lightning Web Components experience.
• End-to-end Salesforce design and development experience delivering multiple builds and enhancements.
• Cloud & Service Cloud expertise for customer portals and service solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using Salesforce APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC and Flows.
• Design and implement application components, data models, and integration solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions to clarify requirements, estimate effort, dependencies, and testing.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high quality software solutions.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and code reviews to improve processes.
• Identify issues and risks; support QA, testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and constraints.
• Support deployment, go-live activities, data migration, and system transition.
