Job summary

Slalom Australia is seeking a Salesforce Omnistudio Developer with Baseline Clearance or Australian Citizenship to join our growing Salesforce practice.

You will work on public sector or Health Cloud projects, delivering Omnistudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts) and LWC/APEX integrations, while collaborating across teams to shape client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
• 2+ years of implementation experience in Salesforce Omnistudio.
• End-to-End Omnistudio experience including FlexCards, OmniScripts and Business Rules Engine.
• Experience with LWC, APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON.
• Total 3-8 years overall with 3+ years Salesforce and 2+ years Omnistudio.
• Public Sector Solutions experience preferred.
• Baseline Security Clearance OR Australian Citizenship with background check for clearance.

The Role

Salesforce Omnistudio Developer - Baseline Clearance or Australian Citizenship required (ability to achieve Baseline Clearance).

Required Technical Skill

• Overall, 3+ years of Salesforce CRM Implementation experience
• 2+ years of Implementation experience in Salesforce Omnistudio
• One full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce Omnistudio, preferably in Public Sector Solutions or Health Cloud
• Good to have: Sound knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Sound experience in technical design using Omnistudio tools like FlexCards Framework, OmniScripts and Business Rules Engine
• End to End Experience in Salesforce development in the areas of LWC, APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON
• Range 3-8 years overall with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce and 2+ years in Omnistudio

Must Have

• Public Sector Solutions (ideally)
• Baseline Security Clearance OR Australian Citizenship with checkable background in order to achieve Baseline Clearance
