Job summary

Renaissance Info Systems in Australia is seeking a Salesforce Developer with at least 7 years of experience in Salesforce LWC/Apex, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

You will configure and customize Salesforce, integrate with external systems, and work in an Agile environment with DevOps practices using Bitbucket, Git and CI/CD.

Certifications include Salesforce AppBuilder, Platform Developer I & II. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce LWC/Apex, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Strong experience in configuration and customization of Salesforce.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• DevOps practitioner with Bitbucket, Git and CI/CD experience.
• Good understanding of Salesforce DX.
• Proven knowledge of business processes and KPIs with best practices.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce to support critical business functions and client needs.
• Ensure Salesforce best practices in configuration and customization.
• Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates for proposed solutions.
• Articulate benefits and risks of solution feasibility and functionality.
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations and data migration tasks.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce product releases and capabilities.
• Communicate with project manager, scrum master, clients and developers to design cohesive strategies.
• Interact with clients, managers and end users to analyze objectives and capability requirements.
