Job summary

Showtime Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to design and implement scalable Data Cloud solutions for complex customer data across telecom environments. You will build DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and activation pipelines to enable targeted marketing and personalisation.

You will collaborate with architects, data engineers, and marketing teams to deliver data models, consent management, and integrated data transformations, in a production-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of software development and enterprise data solution experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
• Experience designing and implementing customer data platforms and marketing data solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), DLO-to-DMO mappings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
• Build customer data foundations that support marketing, analytics, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Design and maintain Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs).
• Define and implement DLO-to-DMO mappings and transformation frameworks.
• Design identity resolution models and customer relationship structures.
• Develop customer, account, product, service, and subscription data models.
• Create audience segmentation strategies to support targeted marketing campaigns.
• Design and implement consent and preference management frameworks.
