Job summary

Slalom Canberra seeks a Principal Salesforce Tech Lead/Architect to design enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. You will shape the technical direction, mentor teams, and partner with business leaders to align Salesforce initiatives with strategic objectives.

You will lead architecture governance, drive data modelling and integrations (Apex, LWC, Flows), and advance CI/CD and DevOps practices. Strong stakeholder influence and security focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior Salesforce focus with architecture or technical lead experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce initiatives.
• Familiarity with product engineering, platform, or enterprise architecture organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce architecture strategy, reference architectures, and roadmaps for key domains.
• Maintain architectural standards and guardrails for Salesforce implementations and ensure adoption.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and AppExchange solutions to inform platform strategy.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex Salesforce initiatives and drive design reviews.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and oversee data models, integrations, and CI/CD practices.
• Architect robust integration patterns between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Design security models and ensure regulatory compliance with governance teams.
• Translate business strategy into Salesforce capabilities and influence the roadmap.
