You will lead leasing campaigns and support commercial sales activities. Ideal candidates have over 2 years in commercial real estate and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years commercial real estate experience in sales and/or leasing.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Australian Citizenship is required.

  • Leading leasing campaigns from marketing through to deal closure including preparing brochures, qualifying prospects, conducting site inspections, and negotiating lease terms.
  • Supporting commercial sales activity by preparing sale proposals, coordinating campaigns, and liaising with vendors and buyers.
  • Proactively seeking new leasing and management opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Maintaining accurate client records to ensure compliance with leasing and sales regulations.

Overview

Senior Sales Consultant, Leasing Consultant to deliver exceptional commercial leasing and sales outcomes for a leading property group. A permanent full-time role within a dynamic and supportive commercial real estate team based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of commercial properties including tenant liaison, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
  • Leading leasing campaigns from marketing through to deal closure including preparing brochures, qualifying prospects, conducting site inspections and negotiating lease terms.
