Our Client

Our client is a fully Australian-owned and operated developer specialising in creating superior lifestyle reports and communities. With a couple of sites through civil works and home sales commenced, activity and excitement has ramped up.

Duties

Working across two Sales Offices in the Moira Shire region (3 hours to the NE of Melbourne), you will manage the end-to-end sales process from enquiry through to contract and settlement. Specific tasks will include:

  • Contact and nurture all leads
  • Prepare sales agreements and arrange for execution.
  • Liaise with the marketing team on strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Support with insights and market feedback to inform pricing, product mix, and marketing direction
  • Engage with community stakeholders and organize / host events aimed at attracting prospective purchasers and showcasing the developments
  • Monitor local market trends, competitors, and buyer demographics.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Track sales data and lead conversion metrics
Specific Requirements

Being such a community-based role, you will see yourself as a master networker, someone who thrives on getting involved in local clubs, community groups and being the figurehead in promoting these projects. You will also have:

  • Proven sales experience in Land Lease, Retirement Living or House & Land product
  • Self-sufficient and able to undertake administration tasks
