Opal HealthCare is a leading private aged care provider delivering resident-centred care across multiple communities. The Senior Roving Registered Nurse role offers autonomy, mentoring and clinical guidance across Killara Glades Care Community and beyond.

You will deliver safe care, complete assessments, administer medications and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality outcomes for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care and clinical leadership desirable.
• Strong communication with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Working closely with leadership teams, you'll provide clinical guidance, support quality and compliance initiatives, and help drive outstanding outcomes for residents across multiple locations.
