Job summary
Airswift is seeking a Senior Risk, Reliability & Data Analytics Engineer in Perth to support a major energy and infrastructure portfolio. You will lead risk-based reliability and maintenance strategies, and develop data-driven insights to improve asset performance.
Responsibilities include FMECA/RCM studies, SAP/EAM maintenance planning, reliability dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Projects to deliver safe, reliable operations.
Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in reliability engineering and asset management.
- Experience applying RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RCA, and risk-based maintenance.
- Proven ability to analyse reliability data to improve asset performance.
- Experience with SAP PM/EAM or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead FMECA and reliability programs across energy assets.
- Apply RCM, FMEA, FMECA, RCA and asset criticality analyses.
- Develop maintenance strategies based on risk and data.
- Analyse failure trends and asset health to identify improvements.
- Translate strategies into SAP/EAM maintenance plans and master data.
- Develop reliability dashboards and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Projects.
