MYOB in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Risk and Compliance Manager to ensure regulatory obligations are met across financial services, superannuation and payments. You will collaborate to embed strict compliance into daily operations and provide strategic insights.

You will translate complex obligations into practical business solutions, leading a dynamic team and advising executives, product, technology and operations on risk and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in compliance, risk, or regulatory advisory roles.
• Experience with financial services, superannuation, banking, payments or fintech sectors.
• Qualifications in law, commerce, finance, risk or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Risk & Compliance in implementing the risk framework.
• Manage compliance registers, controls and regulatory reporting.
• Provide pragmatic compliance advice to leaders across product and tech.
• Oversee monitoring, testing activities and remediation programs.
• Prepare risk reporting for executives, boards and regulators.
• Oversee deployment of MYOB's GRC system.
• Respond to regulatory requests, audits and reviews.
• Identify emerging risks across financial services, data, and third parties.
• Drive a culture of compliance through training and awareness.
