Job summary

Parity Consulting seeks an Associate Director for Risk & Compliance within a Superannuation Trustee context in Sydney. Qualifications

• Senior manager/associate director experience in financial services.
• Strong written and briefing skills for board papers.
• Exposure to APRA/ASIC regulatory contexts is desirable.
• Effective stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Interest in technology, AI and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support risk, compliance, technology and governance matters for the Trustee.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet obligations of designated persons.
• Contribute to AI strategy and governance policies, metrics and KPIs.
• Review service provider performance and assist in independent reviews.
• Support negotiations of service provider agreements and governance proposals.
• Assist Board governance and committee agenda coordination.
• Draft responses to regulator requests across risk, tech and governance.
