Hannover Re in Sydney seeks a Senior Risk Officer for its Life & Health unit to partner with leaders, strengthen risk governance and drive CPS 230 compliance. This permanent role sits within the Risk & Compliance team and offers opportunities to shape risk management and reporting across the business.

The role requires five years in risk, compliance or insurance, strong APRA knowledge, and excellent stakeholder skills, with a relevant degree.

Formación

• Minimum five years' experience in risk, compliance, audit or insurance in a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of APRA prudential standards and regulatory reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in risk assessments, controls testing and risk reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• A tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Law or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to provide risk, compliance and governance advice.
• Lead CPS 230 compliance initiatives and regulatory matters.
• Develop and deliver risk reporting and insights to senior management and the Board.
• Support continuous improvement of risk management, compliance and operational resilience frameworks.
• Collaborate with Home Office Group Risk Management and cross-functional teams.
