The Role

This is an opportunity for a Senior Structural Drafter to take ownership across a diverse portfolio of building projects including mixed-use residential, commercial developments such as data centres, and selected industrial work.

You’ll play a key role in the delivery of coordinated Revit models and detailed documentation from concept through to construction, working closely with experienced structural engineers and the wider drafting team. The role will suit someone who enjoys being heavily involved in project coordination and mentoring junior drafters.

The Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of structural Revit models and documentation across multiple projects
• Produce high-quality detailed drawings including plans, sections, details and schedules
• Coordinate closely with engineers, architects and external consultants to resolve design and modelling issues
• Support project delivery across all stages from concept design through to construction documentation
• Provide guidance and support to junior drafters within the team
  Contribute to maintaining drafting standards, workflows and documentation quality

The Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience working as a Structural Drafter within an Australian engineering consultancy
• Strong experience using Revit across building projects
• Exposure to a broad range of structural building types including commercial residential and industrial developments
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating effectively with engineers and consultants
• Full working rights in Australia
