The role requires advanced Revit skills, 10+ years in residential design, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the business owner. Potential for leadership progression and future ownership is available.

Qualifications

• Ideally 10+ years experience in residential building design or architectural drafting.
• Advanced Revit skills are essential.
• Strong residential construction knowledge and technical detailing experience.
• Ability to independently deliver complete working drawing packages.
• Experience with custom homes, renovations, extensions and house raising highly regarded.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
• Confident working autonomously with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Formal architectural qualifications or registration are not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential projects from concept through to complete working drawings.
• Produce detailed architectural and construction documentation using Revit.
• Work across custom homes, renovations, extensions, house raising and residential developments.
• Prepare accurate construction and structural details.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and builders throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with the business owner on technical design solutions.
