Design & Build Recruitment seeks a Senior Draftsperson to lead documentation for townhouse and medium-density residential projects in Brisbane. You will take designs from development through to construction documentation, delivering compliant, constructible packages with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across townhouse and medium-density residential projects.
• Highly experienced in producing full construction documentation packages.
• Capable of working independently with a proactive and autonomous approach.

Responsibilities

• Produce full construction documentation sets from partial design development packages.
• Take ownership of full residential documentation and technical detailing, ensuring NCC, QDC and Australian Standards compliance.
• Produce cost-effective, buildable solutions that minimise RFIs and variations.
• Manage deliverables and resolve technical issues independently across design, approvals and construction.
