Bunnings is seeking a Senior Retail Supervisor at the Taree Warehouse to lead frontline teams, ensure a safe, well-stocked store, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the leadership team to lift performance and guest satisfaction across the store.

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
• Confidence supporting store operations, including safety, stock management and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a practical way.
• A focus on safety and creating a positive environment for team members and customers.
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts.
