Job summary

Star Pharmacy Group is seeking a Senior Retail Buyer to own allocated product categories, drive supplier negotiations and execute high-performing catalogue cycles across our national network. This role is based at our National Support Office in Kent Town, SA, with hybrid flexibility.

Successful candidates will bring 5+ years of buying experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and proven ability to negotiate terms and manage category growth in pharmacy or related sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years buying experience in Retail, Pharmacy, Health, FMCG or Grocery.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyse large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage category strategy and lifecycle from launch to deletion.
• Lead supplier negotiations on terms, rebates, and promotional funding.
• Execute monthly catalogue campaigns from deal collection to store allocations.
