BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Mobile Banker to lead lending growth on the Sunshine Coast, servicing Noosa & Buderim. You will proactively develop your portfolio by leveraging your local network and professional partnerships to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

You’ll guide clients through the full home lending journey, from initial discussion to settlement and ongoing relationship management, while creating sustainable referral channels for long-term growth.

Qualificações

• Experience in residential lending and portfolio growth.
• Ability to build and nurture professional partnerships.
• Strong credit knowledge and customer-focused servicing.

Responsabilidades

• Grow your lending portfolio through local networking and referrals.
• Guide customers from initial conversation to settlement and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop partnerships with accountants, planners, real estate agents and other centres of influence.
• Manage your territory and schedule autonomously with BOQ Group support.
