You will operate with autonomy, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, while benefiting from a market-leading referral program and a forward-looking digital transformation at BOQ Group.

Qualifications

• Experienced lender with a strong background in residential lending, embedded in your local community.
• Ability to build relationships that extend beyond transactions and create real value for customers and partners.
• Self-driven, comfortable working independently and passionate about outbound business development.
