Job summary

BRAVAS is seeking a Lead Technician/Programmer to own field installs and advanced systems programming for luxury residential projects in Australia. You will guide installs, mentor technicians, and program networks, control systems, cameras, and NVRs to deliver premier client experiences.

The role requires deep field installation expertise, strong programming abilities, and a passion for high-end AV, networking, and lighting solutions. On-site field work with a collaborative team is expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of residential installation and service experience with programming skills.
• Strong programming skills with control systems, networks, and residential AV setups.
• Ability to read residential blueprints and adapt installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential pre-wire and trim-out work for seamless installs.
• Program and configure control systems, networks, cameras, and NVRs.
• Install and calibrate A/V systems and structured cabling.
• Test and burn-in systems, update firmware as needed.
• Perform service calls with a client-first mindset and remote support.
