About The Role

The Senior Reservations Consultant plays a vital role within the Reservations Team, providing support and leadership to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our customer service and booking processes. This exciting role covers all the essential duties of a Reservations Consultant, from expertly inputting bookings into CustomLinc to providing exceptional, timely service that leaves our customers smiling. You'll also be focused on converting inquiries into sales and driving our team's success every day.

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Training and mentoring new Reservations Consultants
  • Maintaining up-to-date training materials and manuals
  • Assisting in the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Providing relief support in the Reservations Supervisor role, as required
  • Stay up to date with all Cruise Whitsundays products, timetables, and current promotions

  • Comfortable working a flexible rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Ability to train and support new team members
