Sharp and Carter seeks a Senior Reliability Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability function at a new Western Sydney site. You will be the most senior reliability and maintenance leader on site, reporting to the Director of Operations.

The role focuses on moving from reactive to planned maintenance, stabilising assets, and driving safety and compliance across plant and utilities. You will lead a team, manage the budget, and shape the site’s reliability culture.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a senior reliability/maintenance leadership role.
• Experience leading maintenance and reliability on asset-intensive sites.
• Comfort working in highly automated manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the maintenance and reliability function on site with 4 direct reports.
• Shift maintenance from reactive to planned/preventative work and improve PM compliance.
• Stabilise newer assets while managing legacy equipment performance.
• Identify critical failure points and build resilience through analysis and spares strategy.
• Own maintenance budget, contractor spend and spares strategy.
• Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and food safety standards.
