The Senior Reliability Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) role focuses on the reliability performance of electric draglines and shovels, leading asset strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to boost fleet performance.

The successful candidate will drive MTBF improvements, optimise maintenance plans, and deliver measurable reliability outcomes across a major mining operation in Australia.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma with 5+ years in reliability/asset management in mining.
• Experience with electric draglines and shovels or large-scale heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Ensure reliability performance and asset strategy for draglines and shovels.
• Lead continuous improvement to increase MTBF and availability.
• Develop and optimise maintenance strategies for fleet.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve fleet performance.
