Job summary

N2S.Global in Sydney is seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead end-to-end release activities across SIT, UAT, PPT, and Production, including governance, deployment coordination, and change management.

You will collaborate across Delivery, Testing, DevOps, Security, Platform, and Operations, with emphasis on Salesforce release management and automation of deployment processes. This role demands strong communication and orchestration skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Release Management experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing releases across SIT, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
• Strong understanding of release governance, deployment controls, code freezes, and release gating.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release lifecycle across SIT, UAT, Pre-Production and Production.
• Define release scope, schedules, milestones, and deployment windows.
• Coordinate release calendars and concurrent releases across multiple teams.
• Facilitate release readiness reviews and Go/No-Go decisions.
