People First Bank is seeking a skilled Release Manager to lead planning, readiness, and execution of technology releases across projects and BAU change initiatives. You will coordinate across engineering, testing, security, operations, and business partners to ensure releases are well planned, governed, and delivered with minimal disruption.

You will drive readiness reviews, manage risks, and coordinate implementation events with clear communication and post-implementation learning.

Competenze

• Extensive experience coordinating releases across multiple teams.
• Familiar with ITIL, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and service transition practices.
• Banking/regulated industry experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain release plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate release activity across delivery teams, platforms, applications, vendors and stakeholders.
• Lead release readiness reviews and ensure approvals are in place.
• Own release run sheets and coordinate implementation during approved windows.
• Deliver timely stakeholder communications and drive continuous improvement in release frameworks.
