Job summary

Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, is seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant in Adelaide to lead occupational rehabilitation initiatives and support injured workers on their return-to-work journey.

You will collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers, deliver evidence-based assessments and reports, and conduct workplace visits to facilitate safe, sustainable outcomes. The role offers flexible working options and a supportive, award-winning team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.
• Registration with the relevant professional body (AHPRA or ESSA).
• Full Australian work rights and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Previous Occupational Rehabilitation experience or strong clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to support client recovery.
• Deliver clinical recommendations through assessments and report writing.
• Conduct workplace visits to facilitate safe return-to-work outcomes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention and workplace wellbeing.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive positive client outcomes.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm permanent full time role

About You

• Tertiary Qualification in one of the following; Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
• Registration with the relevant Professional Body; AHPRA or ESSA
• Full Australian work rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
• Previous Occupational Rehabilitation experience OR strong clinical experience

As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you’ll bring your experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation or clinical industry, to support injured workers through their recovery journey, helping them achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
