Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory or corporate compliance.
• Experience engaging with regulators (e.g., AGs, FTC, DOJ).
• Experience developing compliance programs for products.
• Experience with technology companies and understanding complex tech issues.
• Experience with boards and committees.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Interpret laws and compliance obligations for Compliance, Business, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Provide legal advice on compliance programs and policies to mitigate risk.
• Manage government and regulator discussions, negotiations, and disclosures on compliance readiness.
