The University of Sydney’s Office of General Counsel seeks a Senior Business Analyst, Regulatory to drive data-driven improvements across regulatory programs and business initiatives. You will analyse complex requirements, partner with stakeholders, and deliver practical solutions to optimise processes.

Reporting to the Director, Strategy and Programs, the role offers autonomy, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a fixed-term contract until July 2027, with a base salary of AUD

Formación

• Experience leading business analysis for regulatory programs.
• Ability to analyse processes, identify gaps and design data-driven solutions.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with change management and training materials.
• Knowledge of human-centred design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering and specs.
• Analyse current processes, identify gaps and design improvements.
• Facilitate process mapping and operating model design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to elicit requirements.
• Support testing, QA, and implementation of standard practices.
• Develop process docs, training materials and change management support.
• Continuously adopt new methodologies and improvements.
