Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our NSW team at South Grafton Community Aged Care. You will provide clinical leadership with the Clinical Manager and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver person-centred care, ensuring safety, dignity and quality outcomes for residents.

The role emphasizes coordination, assessment, advocacy, and compliance with accreditation standards, with a focus on staff development and care continuity in a not-for-profit

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential.
• Experience in aged care is preferred and beneficial.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team in an aged care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership with the Clinical Manager to ensure safe, effective care interventions.
• Plan and communicate care based on comprehensive assessments with the care recipient and family.
• Ensure positive outcomes and adherence to care plans and safety practices.
• Deliver person-centered, non-institutional care respecting dignity and privacy.
• Monitor conditions, report changes, and take appropriate actions.
