Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Regional Safety Manager in New South Wales to shape safety strategy and culture across a growing construction portfolio. You will report to the General Manager and work with the NSW Senior Leadership Team to drive governance, incident investigations and risk controls across civil projects.

Based in Alexandria with travel across NSW, the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project delivery, coaching leaders and embedding safety initiatives to achieve

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Work Health and Safety legislation and governance frameworks.
• Experience leading incident investigations and organisational learning.
• Proven ability to drive safety leadership and continuous improvement.
• Ability to influence decisions and build trusted relationships with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for health and safety across NSW Construction business.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve safety systems and programs.
• Partner with operational leaders to strengthen risk management across projects.
• Lead investigations and drive organisational learning to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure governance, audits and assurance activities meet regulatory and company standards.
• Coach leaders and safety teams to enhance safety performance and culture.
• Embed national health and safety initiatives across the business.
