Job summary

Autism Association of Western Australia is seeking a Senior Recruitment Officer in Perth to lead end-to-end recruitment, engage with candidates and internal stakeholders, and build strong candidate pipelines. You will be involved in conducting full recruitment lifecycle tasks, ensuring timely hires, and maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience using a Candidate Management System.
• Experience in a compliance-focused environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
• Engage with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract and select staff.
• Provide supervision and guidance to the Recruitment Officer.
