Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

• Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and associated Human Resource Management policies and procedures.
• Experience supporting the delivery of high quality, client-centred recruitment services in a complex and changing organisation.
• Experience with Springboard platform and SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.

This is a fixed term position available until 3 December 2027. The work location for this position is Melbourne CBD with hybrid work arrangements available.
