Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years' recruitment experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Demonstrated billing performance and a strong track record of delivering recruitment results.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, business drivers and revenue generation.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
