Job summary

The City of Bayswater seeks a hands-on Senior Recreation & Programs Officer to lead daily operations at Morley Sport and Recreation. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate programs and ensure smooth bookings, rostering, and payroll processes, while modelling a positive, inclusive team culture.

You will drive high-quality services, promote safety, and look for opportunities to boost community participation in recreation facilities and activities.

Qualifications

• Current Provide First Aid Certificate.
• Current CPR/Resuscitation Certificate.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Recreation Attendants, Junior Programs Officers and Umpire/Coaches.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate high-quality recreation programs.
• Oversee bookings, rosters, timesheets and operational activities and promote safe work practices.
