Job summary

Wolf & Williams is seeking an accomplished Real Estate lawyer in Sydney to join its high‑performing team. You will lead sophisticated property transactions, develop direct client relationships with developers, investors and corporates, and mentor junior lawyers in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes acquisitions, divestments, developments and leasing, with autonomy to manage matters end‑to‑end and deliver practical, business‑focused advice on complex projects across Australia.

Qualifications

5+ years' PAE in property/real estate law in private practice.
Experience advising developers, institutional investors, landowners or corporate clients on acquisitions, disposals, developments and leasing.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction management with autonomy.

Responsibilities

Leading property acquisitions and divestments across asset classes with due diligence oversight.
Advising on development projects, joint ventures and development management structures.
Preparing, reviewing and negotiating complex leasing and project documentation for landlords, tenants and investors.
Supporting corporate transactions by advising on property-related issues with multidisciplinary teams.
Providing strategic, commercially-focused advice on a broad range of real estate matters.
Building strong client relationships while mentoring junior team members.
