Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking four Senior Mobile Application Software Engineers to design, build, and support enterprise mobile apps for Android and iOS using React Native and TypeScript. You will join a high-performing Agile team, collaborating with stakeholders, QA, and design to deliver secure, accessible digital solutions.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, coding standards, automated testing, and integration with backend systems via RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Qualifications

: Extensive experience developing and releasing mobile applications on both Android and iOS using React Native and TypeScript.
: Strong experience with Expo, including building and maintaining production applications.
: Proven experience bridging React Native applications with native Android and iOS components using Kotlin, Java, Swift and Objective-C.
: Experience working within large, complex codebases and delivering clean, maintainable and scalable code.
: Strong understanding of mobile accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1, Apple Accessibility Guidelines and Google Accessibility Guidelines.
: Experience creating automated unit, component, integration and functional tests.
: Experience integrating with backend systems using RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
: Strong ability to translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high quality mobile interfaces.
: Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

: Design, develop, deploy and support mobile applications and integrations.
: Build high quality React Native applications for Android and iOS platforms.
: Ensure solutions align with architectural standards, security requirements and best practices.
: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver business outcomes.
: Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and delivery.
: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and quality.
: Work closely with QA teams to support automated testing and quality assurance activities.
: Ensure applications meet accessibility and usability standards.
: Integrate mobile applications with backend services, APIs and authentication platforms.
: Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to ongoing application support and maintenance.
