This permanent full-time role, based remotely in regional NSW, will lead complex projects, guide Project Officers, and coordinate with stakeholders to advance rural mental health outcomes. Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in community health and project management.
• Demonstrated leadership guiding teams and managing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of rural NSW community mental health challenges.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills; ability to prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
• Advanced project management with strategic planning and delivery within timeframes and budget.
• Lived experience in rural communities (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex RAMHP projects and guide Project Officers.
• Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve rural mental health outcomes through program processes, engagement, and reporting.
• Provide leadership and coordination for RAMHP statewide delivery.
