Job summary

Grand Pacific Health Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Officer to lead RAMHP statewide delivery. The role focuses on coordinating complex projects, guiding a team, and liaising with stakeholders to improve rural mental health outcomes across NSW.

This position is based remotely in regional NSW with full-time permanency. The SPO manages planning, engagement, reporting, and process enhancements, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget while supporting workforce development and

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in community development, health promotion, public health, social sciences, education, or project management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including guiding teams, managing projects, and fostering collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the challenges and needs of rural and remote NSW communities and their impact on mental health.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex RAMHP projects, guide Project Officers and team members, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to planning, engagement, reporting and program processes to improve rural mental health outcomes.
• Provide high-level project management and strategic planning to support statewide delivery.
