Sener is seeking a Principal Consultant, RAM and Safety to lead Safety Assurance and RAM activities for major infrastructure and transport projects in Australia. You will deliver expert risk assessments, develop strategies, guide teams, and support client governance through asset lifecycles, from concept to operation.

The role requires deep experience in systems engineering, RAM, and safety frameworks, with strong stakeholder engagement and a track record of successful project delivery.

Competenze

• Tertiary degree in Engineering/Science with Engineers Australia affiliation.
• 10+ years applying Systems Engineering/Safety Assurance on complex infrastructure/transport projects.
• Experience applying standards/guidelines such as EN 50126/8/9, EN 50657, IEC 61508, IEC 15288, etc.
• Applied knowledge of Systems Engineering, Change/Configuration Management, Safety Assurance, RAM, Asset Management.
• Desirable: formal certification in Functional Safety/Allocation/Apportionment/Verification.

Mansioni

• Lead delivery of Safety Assurance and RAM services on major projects.
• Provide guidance on Safety Assurance, RAM, and standards compliance.
• Develop RAM strategies, hazard reviews, and verification activities.
• Oversee performance of RAM/SE activities and governance for client projects.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to business development.
