Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Band 6 Radiographer to join the Radiology team at Aintree University Hospital and North Liverpool community sites (St Chads, Litherland town hall and Kenilworth Road).

The successful candidate will supervise a team of radiographers and support staff, maintain high-quality imaging with minimal radiation dose, and contribute to QA, audits and student training.

Competenze

• Band 6 Radiographer with supervisory responsibilities
• Involvement in QA, maintenance and records
• Participation in Audit, Research and Presentations
• IR(ME)R compliance and safe imaging practices
• Training and mentoring of radiography students and junior staff

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate the clinical radiography team across sites
• Ensure QA, preventative maintenance and accurate record-keeping
• Support Band 7 Lead Radiographers in daily department activity
• Teach and assess student radiographers and junior staff
• Adhere to IR(ME)R and Local Rules for radiation safety
• Contribute to audits, research and presentations
• Maintain patient records and ensure data protection compliance
