Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall RLB is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Brisbane Infrastructure team. The role involves supporting high-quality cost management and delivering infrastructure services across Queensland's largest projects.

Key responsibilities include preparing cost plans, conducting tender analyses, and collaborating with the team to ensure timely project delivery. Ideal candidates will have a degree in quantity surveying, industry experience, and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher qualification in quantity surveying or a related discipline.
• Membership, or eligibility for membership, with AIQS, RICS, CQS or equivalent.
• Australian industry experience.
• Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident).

• Preparing and managing cost plans and project estimates across construction stages.
• Conducting tender analysis and feasibility studies.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
