WorkPac Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to join a major closure and remediation program. You will lead cost control, forecasting, reporting, and project controls to ensure delivery within budget.

You will lead a team of cost professionals, coordinating with project managers and contractors to provide cost visibility that supports decision-making and continuous improvement across project controls processes.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in cost control on major projects.
• Experience leading cost control teams.
• Strong knowledge of project controls and PM principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of cost controllers
• Manage project cost forecasting, commitments, and expenditure reporting
• Prepare and review project cost reports and trend analyses
• Develop cost forecasts and scenario-based estimates
• Support proposal, bid, and claim evaluations
• Monitor project performance and provide cost insights and recommendations
• Build effective relationships with project stakeholders and delivery partners
• Support contractor alignment on cost and schedule performance
