Deloitte Melbourne is seeking a Senior Consultant in Technology & Transformation to support Risk Management and quality assurance across complex engagements. You will work with Partners, Directors and delivery teams to identify, assess and manage risk and quality matters, translating complex topics into practical guidance for the business.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience delivering, supporting or advising on technology or transformation programs.
• Exposure to risk, project, commercial or contract management activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement and a practical commercial mindset.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders and explaining risk and quality considerations clearly and constructively.
• A proactive learning mindset and curiosity for understanding business context, engagement delivery and continuous improvement opportunities.
• A collaborative working style, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the team and broader business.
• Experience using AI tools responsibly to improve personal productivity, with an interest in practical team efficiencies.

Responsabilidades

• In this role, you'll work alongside Partners, Directors and delivery teams on large-scale technology and transformation engagements, helping identify, assess and manage quality and risk matters across the engagement lifecycle.
• Turn complex risk and quality topics into clear, practical guidance for the business to act on.
• Support risk consultations, review contracts and statements of work, contributing to engagement quality processes.
