Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to provide strategic leadership across our Quality organisation in Australia. You will drive quality systems, governance, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, reliable and compliant delivery outcomes.

The role spans multiple disciplines and product lines with a focus on influencing outcomes and strengthening capability. This permanent full-time opportunity can be based in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's level degree in a relevant discipline required.
12+ years in Quality Management with leadership of managers or senior professionals.
Experience leading multiple quality disciplines within a complex organisation.
Strong understanding of quality frameworks, audits, inspections, and product performance requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide senior functional leadership across quality disciplines and operational areas.
Lead implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems, standards, and governance.
