Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in software quality assurance within complex, Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product-wide and solution-wide quality strategy.
• Lead automation architecture.
• Embed shift-left testing practices.
• Strengthen CI/CD quality gates.
• Ensure solutions perform through feature verification, integration, acceptance, performance and production testing.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams, engineers, product owners, CloudOps and customers.
• Mentor and elevate other QA engineers.
• Build scalable automation frameworks.
• Introduce AI-enabled capabilities.
• Shape a high-performing quality culture.
