Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking an ambitious Senior Client Partner to join our Public Sector team in the Sydney CBD. You will lead business development, client engagement, and job flow while partnering with Talent Partners who handle sourcing and delivery.

In this role you will manage a predominantly temporary business support desk for NSW State Government, Federal Government, Local Councils, Higher Education, and Not-for-Profit accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment with a track record of direct sales and growing a desk.
• Hunter mentality with proactive outreach to identify hiring managers.
• Results-oriented mindset focused on growing weekly GP and client base.
• Confident communication and presentation skills for engaging senior public sector stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound business development by targeting new buying clients across government, education and NFP sectors.
• Attend face-to-face client visits across Sydney to build relationships with decision-makers.
• Generate job flow by partnering with clients to capture upcoming vacancies.
• Grow the desk footprint and weekly GP by expanding public sector accounts.
