A governmental organization in Victoria is seeking a Senior Property Transactions Officer to manage property acquisitions and sales, and oversee strategic planning for public housing. The role includes leading transactions, developing strategies, and guiding a team. THE ROLE
As the Senior Property Transactions Officer, you'll play a key role in managing property acquisition and divestment strategies that support the High-rise Redevelopment Program and strengthen Victoria's public housing portfolio.
Reporting to the Manager, Acquisition and Divestment, you'll oversee the purchase, sale and leasing of government property through strategic program planning. You'll also provide guidance and coaching to colleagues on program requirements, processes and legislation to ensure best practice and compliance.
